We want everyone to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What you can do on this website

• zoom in up to 400% without text running off the screen;
• use the whole website with a keyboard, starting from a link that skips to the content;
• use a screen reader: pages have headings, landmarks and text alternatives for images;
• use your device’s settings for text size.

How we tested it

On 2 November 2026 we checked every page with automated accessibility testing, at desktop and mobile sizes, against WCAG 2.2 level AA. We fixed the colour contrast problems it found. Automated testing finds only some problems, and we have not yet had the website tested by people who use assistive technology.

Known limitations

The pictures of the Symly app on our home page show made-up examples and use very small text, which can be hard to read. They hold no information you need: the text around them describes the same features. Screen readers announce a description of each picture, or read out its example text.
